Coaching To Connection
When riders experience "connection" as they learn Connected Riding, other aspects of their lives are impacted. The principles of Connected Riding create personal transformation and awareness not only in relationship with horses, but in all relationships - to self and others. For years, personal transformation has been an integral by-product of Connected Riding. Coaching to Connection is a support service that assists people as they explore and discover these new connections in their lives. In this way even non-riders benefit from Coaching to Connection.
Why coaching to connection instead of counseling?
Coaching guides people to shift or breakthrough in their current situation, while building power and esteem. It is a results-oriented, tangible, short term experience, which connects people with the knowledge of who they are and what they do. Counseling focuses on emotional healing from unresolved problems from one's past history and may be lengthy. Typical coaching topics include:
-Improving your follow-through and completion of tasks
-Clarifying goals, priorities, and focus - align who you are with what you are doing
-Managing transitions such as career change or caring for an aging parent
-Removing stagnating clutter from home and office space
-Upgrading the quality of your relationships and your life circumstances
Who provides coaching?
Susan Cook, M.C. coaches people to access the power in their lives and relationships. Susan is co-founder and co-owner of Connected Enterprises, Inc. with Peggy Cummings. She has experience as a consultant in education, corporate sales, training, and counseling therapy for individuals and families. Her specialty is working with people who want to follow through on who they truly are. "I believe our inherent gift as humans is our capacity to become more conscious, aware, creative and loving. I also believe that my role as a coach is to challenge the status quo where there is fear, stagnancy, and lack of satisfaction with one's life." Our coaching services include workshops, home/business onsite visits, and phone coaching, as well as one-on-one office sessions.
Fees:
Day long workshops - approximately $125 - $175 per person for small groups of 10 or less.
$65 - $100 per session for one-on-one office sessions, phone coaching, or onsite visits (fees vary depending on travel expense, meeting location or prepayment).
