Lindsay about Connected Riding
“Being born into the work my mother created gave me the unique opportunity to integrate the principles and methods of Connected Riding and Groundwork as it was created. I took advantage of instruction from many amazing teachers such as Sally Swift, Linda Tellington-Jones, Robyn Hood, Lendon Gray, Debbie McDonald, Lucinda Green, and many others. The combined instruction allowed me to understand various teaching languages. This understanding has created the ability for me to translate the Connected Riding and Groundwork to each individual rider in his or her discipline. Having focused for many years on training from the back of the horse I gained an invaluable “AHA!” several years ago from two elder horses. These two horses really impressed upon me the value of Connected Groundwork as I was able to make significant changes to their conformation (i.e. muscling conformation and strength) by doing groundwork 1-3 times per day and very little riding!”
