These Follers™ 36" long, extra firm styrofoam, used to relieve muscular tension along the spine, hips, neck, and shoulder area. These dense foam rollers have been called "chiropractic on a roller." Feldenkrais practitioners and physical therapists introduced Peggy Cummings to these a few years ago. Riders find the rollers useful in keeping the muscles along the spine stretched and pliable.
