Peggy's Connected Riding Primer

This booklet is a simple, well-illustrated primer in Connected Riding basic methods. These exercises are designed to help you be balanced in the saddle and more connected to your horse’s movement. They will also help you override any bracing patterns that may inhibit the horse’s movement or cause discomfort in your body.
