Perfect balance, a natural stability, and a smooth and gentle contact with the horse are the keys to success and the basis for a successful work with your horse- from the saddle and from the ground.

The aim of the Connected Riding System is to come to a well-balanced and perfect riding position which is achieved by working with inner pictures and by analyzing one's own mistakes. The rider learns to support the horse's movements and to encourage the horse to accept more weight on the hindquarters.

The Connected Groundwork System is based on groundwork exercises that release tension and blockages. Gentle and soft movements and special touches enhance the contact with the horse and prepare the horse before being ridden.

Following years of classical training and equitation and based on the systems of Sally Swift and Linda Tellington-Jones, the well-known American riding instructor Peggy Cummings developed her own concept for the benefit of riders and horses.
